Our organization is currently seeking to fill the following position(s):
Development Director (Full-Time)
Salary is to be discussed based on experience and education. Some task include donor cultivation and stewardship, grant writing, coordinate and execute agency’s fundraisers, develop relationships, educate donors of Big Brothers Big Sisters’ plans and needs, engage with planned giving advisors, coordinate with staff on planned giving and secure financial gifts of various levels, specifically large donor donations.
Match Support Specialist- Intern (Paid)
This is a grant position that pays a stipend. The individual must be an Education, Psychology or Social Work Major. Candidates that are Master’s Level students or retirees with experience in the fields listed above are encouraged to apply. As a Match Support Specialist Intern with BBBSMS, you will learn from experts who have helped the agency become one of the Mid-South’s top mentoring charities while supporting the impactful mission of youth empowerment.
