DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

Our organization is currently seeking a Development Director to oversee our donor relations program and manage our fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our non-profit’s fundraising campaigns, communicating with current and prospective donors, and building a stronger development team for our organization. This position involves managing individual and corporate gifts as well as planned and annual giving campaigns. CFO / BOOKKEEPER

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Mid-South, Inc. is seeking an accomplished individual to serve as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The ideal candidate will have experience with running financial operations in the nonprofit sector and ideally with finance/accounting experience in the not for profit service arena. The CFO will have overall managerial responsibility for BBBS’ accounting, budgetary, and is also supporting operations and programs. The CFO will have primary responsibility for all contractual matters and will serve as part of the Executive Management Team. Candidates must have proven experience managing the financial and accounting departments for a similar nonprofit agency, or in the education and/or behavioral health sector.
