Executive Director
Having earned degrees from Union University, the University of Memphis, and State Technical Institute of Memphis, she has been with the agency since October 1997. Susan attributes the success of the agency to three key elements – teamwork, great volunteers and great community partners. Her passion for child advocacy has a strong link to the many positive mentors that has molded her life.
Yolanda Webb
Director of Programs
Yolanda is a graduate of Jackson State University with a Bachelors of Art in Social Work, has been committed to the mission of BBBSMS for more than 23 years. She has a passion for working with community youth. She is a loving wife and mother of one. She enjoys shopping, traveling, reading, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.
Kimberly Davis
Program Manager
Kimberly holds a BA is Sociology from the University of Memphis. She has been with the agency for 20 years. She is a Certified Stewards of Children Trainer and program group events planner. She believes that her role commands an amazing combination of perception, planning, listening, empathy and support for the children in our programs.
Angela Hurlow
Child In-Take Match Support Specialist
With a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Angela has been a member of the since May 2017. Prior to that she was a mentor for the organization. In her senior year, she began interning with the agency and was inspired by the substantial impact the organization had on the community. After graduating, she accepted a position with the organization.
